About Zoom Classes

MAX PUMP  2pm

Body weight hypertrophy style class - 3 X 10 min Rounds
4-5 exercise per round
Try to complete each rotation as may times as possible in 10 mins
Work to your own pace
Mix of upper and lower body hypertrophy movements

MAX HIIT  6pm

High intensity cardio session - 8 body weight exercises
- 30sec on 15sec off
- circuit to be repeated 6 times
- Mix of upper, lower and cardio movements
